Our Thoughts:
This coffee is one of our favorites slodry crops that we’ve purchased from Guatemala. You’ll notice bright acidity and fruit up front and along with a honey-like body and a creamy chocolate finish.

Pretty darn good

We are a family of 6 with different tastes regarding our coffees. I've been a dark (very dark) roast drinker and very recently started exploring the not so dark roasts. I discovered Birch via a Costco purchase (Birch Blend) and I liked it enough to actually search for what other coffees Birch sells. We purchased 9 different varieties and just recently opened the 4th one. So far it seems that the Guatemala is the front runner. Things may change as we sample all the other varieties but so far everyone agrees that for sure we are repurchasing this one in the 2lb package.

Beans for home

I've been going to Birch for years. Started getting beans on the website recently so I can have Birch at home too. I usually prefer light roasts but this medium roast is delicious!

One of my favorites so far

This is a smooth, yet flavorful coffee that makes great espresso!

Addicted!

Birch is just the best coffee! My personal favorite is the Honduras! Please bring it back!
