Our Thoughts
For only the second time in 12 years and the first since. we began roasting ourselves in 2011, we're excited to bring you a Sumatran coffee. Known for heavy chocolate notes, heavy body, and light acidity, this island beauty has a sweet pipe tobacco flavor with a dark chocolate ganache aftertaste making for a great morning cup.

A substantially satisfying roast

This is a dark roast with great body and definition yet easy on the gut. I don’t always like dark roasts because they’re heavy, but this is excellent while providing fuller taste experience.

Always good coffee!

This was a new blend for me -- we are Birch loyalists- the coffee is always excellent - fresh and flavorfu!

Birch comes to me in Florida!
