Great coffee

From shipping to pouring coffee in the morning, everything was great and each flavor feels like travelling. Thanks Birch!

Smooth, but the flavor packs a punch

Huila is smooth as all Birch coffee that I've had, but it has a very strong flavor for a medium roast. And a good one at that!

Insightful flavor great start to these Autumn days

Really enjoying the change up thanks again Birch!! Colombia Huila is smooth, tasty and dare I say insightful with its lingering deliciousness that has you wondering what’s in this. A yogi who turned me onto Birch Coiffee and the Chemex might say Colombia Huila helps with your morning drishti.:)

Colombian Coffee From Huila

Like most of coffee beans from the above mentioned region, this one has a desert-like nutmeg-maple syrup finish. Not too flowerish, like many Colombian coffee cups.
