12년 만에 두 번째이자 그 이후 처음입니다. 우리는 2011년에 직접 로스팅을 시작했으며 수마트라 커피를 제공하게 되어 기쁩니다. 묵직한 초콜릿 향, 묵직한 바디감, 가벼운 산도로 알려진 이 섬의 아름다움은 달콤한 파이프 담배 향과 다크 초콜릿 가나슈 뒷맛이 훌륭한 모닝 컵을 만들어줍니다.

A substantially satisfying roast
This is a dark roast with great body and definition yet easy on the gut. I don’t always like dark roasts because they’re heavy, but this is excellent while providing fuller taste experience.
