Ethiopia Yirgacheffe-A Bold morning coffee

I enjoy a bold smelling and tasting coffee in the morning. This coffee has both.
My sense of taste and smell isn’t the greatest, but I did sense both a fruity mixed with a chocolate taste. My wife is definitely not a coffee drinker, however after letting her sip a taste of this coffee, she finished my cup when I left the room and I returned to find it empty. Now in my opinion, that’s really saying something about this coffee.

My go-to

Birch coffee beans are my go to. I’ve tried other big fancy single origin brands but keep coming back to birch. The coffee is fresh and rich.
