The Only Coffee

Once you've had Birch, it's hard to justify drinking anything else. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is all we drink at home. It's bright and uplifting like the African sun, without any acidity or bitterness. Somehow it feels like cheating. How does our everyday coffee taste this lovely?
